Configure email service (SMTP/Mailgun) and send notifications for: member approval, payment confirmation, event reminders, registration updates

Implement email verification to ensure users have valid email addresses. Prevent fake/spam registrations.

Add location field to events - address, maps link, or full map integration. Show location on event details page.

Generate QR codes for registered users. Allow organizers to scan and verify attendance at events.

When event reaches capacity, allow users to join a waitlist. Send notifications when spots open up.

Allow organizers to create private/closed events that are only visible to approved members.

Allow users to edit their profile: name, phone number, avatar photo, bio.

Add search bar and filters for events: by date range, category, location, price range.

Allow organizers to upload documents (PDFs) to events: route maps, guides, requirements lists.

Allow tenants to customize: primary color, banner image, custom CSS, more layout options.
